摘要
近年来,汽车轻量化已成为现代汽车制造发展的趋势。高强度钢既可以实现轻量化又可以保证车体强度和人身安全,成为汽车工业轻量化研究的主流。目前,高强度钢成形主要采用热冲压成形工艺。本文主要介绍了热冲压成形工艺,阐述了国内外热冲压成形模具的冷却系统研究现状,并指出了热冲压模具冷却系统研究的不足和未来可探索的方向。
In recent years, automobile lightweight has become the development trend of modern automobile manufacturing. High strength steel can realize lightweight while ensuring the body strength and personal safety, becoming the mainstream of automobile industry lightweight research. At present, high strength steel forming mainly adopts hot stamping process. This paper mainly introduced the hot stamping process, and described the research status of cooling system of hot stamping tools at home and abroad, and pointed out the shortage of cooling system research of hot stamping die and the direction to be explored in the future.
