摘要 母乳富含的低聚糖及Sn-2棕榈酸甘油酯对婴儿肠道有益菌群增殖有促进作用。与母乳喂养儿相比,喂养婴儿奶粉显著降低婴儿肠道有益菌数量。由于肠道菌群可能影响婴儿的生长发育和成人期健康,缩小两种喂养方式造成的婴儿肠道菌群差异,是学术研究和商业开发的方向。本文综述了喂养添加低聚糖或Sn-2棕榈酸甘油酯的婴儿奶粉对婴儿肠道有益菌含量影响的临床研究并讨论现存研究存在的问题,为开发有益肠道健康婴儿奶粉提供思路。 Breast milk is rich in oligosaccharides and Sn-2 palmitate, which could be beneficial for intestinal probiotics proliferation. It has been demonstrated that the abundance of gut probiotics in infants fed with formula is less that in infants fed with breast milk. Due to the potential association between gut microbiota and infant health, which could be prolonged to adulthood, the attempt to narrow the gap in gut microbiota between breast-fed and formula-fed infants is a direction of research. This review summarized clinical research progress of the effects of supplementing oligosaccharides or Sn-2 palmitate in infant formula on the abundance of gut probiotics. At the same time discussed the problems of these researches, giving a direction of developing intestine friendly infant formula.
