精细化护理管理对医院感染率降低的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Refined Nursing Management on the Reduction of Hospital Infection Rate

目的探讨精细化护理管理在降低医院感染率中的作用。方法以该院感染控制工作为例,将2015年3月-2016年10月实施常规护理管理的45例患者作为对照组,2016年11月-2018年5月实施精细化护理管理的46例患者作为观察组,对比两组医院感染控制效果。结果观察组医院感染发生率、医患纠纷发生率均为2.2%,明显低于对照组17.8%、15.6%(P<0.05);观察组各项管理内容评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理管理在降低医院感染率中的作用显著,同时可减少医患纠纷及改善护理管理质量。

Objective To explore the role of refined nursing management in reducing hospital infection rate. Methods Taking hospital infection control in the hospital as an example, 45 patients who underwent routine nursing management from March 2015 to October 2016 were used as control group. 46 cases of refined nursing management were implemented from November 2016 to May 2018 as an observation group, to compare the effects of hospital infection control in the two groups.Results The incidence of hospital infection and the incidence of doctor-patient disputes in the observation group were2.2%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group(17.8%, 15.6%)(P<0.05). The management content scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The role of refined nursing management in reducing the infection rate of hospitals is significant, and it can reduce the disputes between doctors and patients and improve the quality of nursing management.
