机采科人员的合理配置对单采血小板的影响

Effect of Reasonable Allocation of Machine Personnel on Apheresis Platelets

目的观察机采科医务人员的合理配置对单采血小板的影响。方法选取2016年1月-2017年7月期间62例机采科医务人员,出现单采血小板质量事件26例,分析其影响因素及解决对策,并于2017年8月开始执行机采科人员培训工作,观察单采血小板事件培训工作前后问题发生率。结果培训工作以后单采血小板事件明显有所减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论机采科医务人员经过培训工作以后单采血小板质量事件影响因素和解决对策效果确切,值得今后推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of reasonable allocation of medical staff on the platelet collection. Methods A total of 62 medical personnel from the Department of Mechanical Engineering were selected from January 2016 to July 2017. 26 cases of apheresis quality events occurred, and the influencing factors and solutions were analyzed. In August 2017, the training of machine personnel was started, to observe the incidence of problems before and after the training of a single platelet event. Results The training work, the platelet events were significantly reduced after the training,the different was statisticlly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion After the training, the medical personnel of the machine-collecting department have a clear influence on the factors affecting the platelet quality event and the countermeasures, which is worthy of promotion and application in the future.
