摘要
目的分析人性化管理模式在医院门诊药房管理中的应用。方法选取2016年9月-2018年9月该院收治的患者260例为研究对象,2016年9月-2017年9月收治的130例为对照组进行常规管理,2017年10月-2018年9月收治的130例为观察组主要为人性化管理,对比两种管理方式效果。结果观察组管理方式下不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管理方式下满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在医院门诊药房管理中进行人性化管理可有效提升管理效果,改善工作人员工作状况。
Objective To analyze the application of humanized management mode in the management of pharmacies in hospital outpatients. Methods A total of 260 patients admitted to the hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were enrolled. 130 patients who were admitted from September 2016 to September 2017 were routinely administered to the control group. 130 cases admitted from October 2017 to September 2018 were mainly humanized management, and the effects of the two management methods were compared. Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The satisfaction score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized management in the management of pharmacies in hospital outpatient clinics can effectively improve the management effect and improve the working conditions of staff.
