摘要
目的探究柔性管理在妇产科护理管理工作中的应用价值。方法选取该院2016年1月-2018年12月期间在职的58名妇产科护士,其中29名采用常规护理管理,为对照组;另外29名采用柔性护理管理,为观察组。比较分析两组管理前后的护理质量。结果经管理后,观察组护理质量评分(92.15±3.84)分高于对照组(86.34±4.67)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妇产科护士给予柔性管理能够提高护理工作质量,值得临床推广实践。
Objective To explore the application value of flexible management in the management of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods A total of 58 gynaecological and obstetric nurses who were employed in the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were enrolled. Of these, 29 cases were treated with routine nursing management and the other 29 cases were treated with flexible nursing management. The quality of care before and after management was compared and analyzed. Results After management, the nursing quality score of the observation group(92.15±3.84)points was higher than that of the control group(86.34±4.67)points, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Flexible management of obstetrics and gynecology nurses can improve the quality of nursing work and is worthy of clinical promotion.
