护理风险管理在手外科住院患者安全管理的应用分析

Application Analysis of Nursing Risk Management in Safety Management of Inpatients in Hand Surgery

目的研究分析手外科住院患者安全管理中护理风险管理的应用效果观察。方法该次研究68例手外科住院患者均为该院2018年1-12月接收,根据入院单号、双号平均分为两组,每组34例,对照组开展常规管理,研究组则接受护理风险管理,统计各组护理风险事件发生率、护理满意度。结果在护理风险事件发生率及护理满意度方面,对照组分别是23.53%和73.53%,研究组分别是5.88%和94.12%,研究组较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手外科住院患者安全管理过程中,护理风险管理的实施,不仅可以减低护理风险事件发生率,同时有助于护患关系改善,促进满意度提高,值得采纳并推广。

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of nursing risk management in the safety management of inpatients in hand surgery. Methods 68 patients with hand surgery were enrolled in the hospital from January to December2018. They were divided into two groups according to the admission number and the double number. Each group had 34 cases. The control group was routinely managed. The study group received nursing risk management, and the incidence of nursing risk events and nursing satisfaction were counted. Results In the incidence of nursing risk events and nursing satisfaction, the control group was 23.53% and 73.53%, respectively, and the study group was 5.88% and 94.12%, respectively.The study group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the safety management process of inpatients in hand surgery, the implementation of nursing risk management can not only reduce the incidence of nursing risk events, but also help improve the relationship between nurses and patients, promote the improvement of satisfaction, and is worthy of adoption and promotion.
