PDCA循环管理法在手术室护理管理中的应用

Application of PDCA Cycle Management Method in Operating Room Nursing Management

目的分析PDCA循环管理法应用于手术室护理管理中实施效果。方法将医院手术室2017年1-12月护理人员38名分为两组,每组19例,对照组予以常规护理管理,观察组则应用PDCA循环管理法,对比不同管理方法应用效果。结果观察组护理管理后的各项成就感评分高于对照组(P<0.05),术后并发症、护理差错发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理管理中采用PDCA循环管理法,可提高护理质量。

Objective The PDCA cycle management method is applied to the analysis of the implementation effect in the nursing management of operating room. Methods The study subjects were 38 patients from Jan to Dec 2017 in the operating room of the hospital. The patients were divided into two groups, 19 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing management. The observation group used the PDCA cycle management method to compare the effects of different management methods. Results The scores of achievement scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications and nursing errors was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion PDCA cycle management law was adopted in the operation room management, which can improve the quality of care.
