小肠内排列术治疗广泛粘连性肠梗阻的临床效果

Clinical effect of intraintestinal placement in the treatment of extensive adhesive intestinal obstruction

目的探讨小肠内排列术治疗广泛粘连性肠梗阻的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2014年11月~2017年11月在我院外科治疗的30例广泛粘连性肠梗阻患者的病例资料,按手术方式不同将其分为两组,对照组15例采用传统肠梗阻手术,观察组15例采用小肠内排列术,比较两组患者的临床疗效、各项手术及术后恢复指标、术后并发症发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为100%,与对照组的93.33%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组手术时间、腹胀消失时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小肠内排列术治疗广泛粘连性肠梗阻效果显著,能有效解除肠梗阻症状,加快术后胃肠功能的恢复,降低并发症发生率,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intraintestinal placement in the treatment of extensive adhesive intestinal obstruction.Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of thirty patients with extensive adhesive intestinal obstruction treated in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2017,they were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.In the control group,15 cases were treated with traditional intestinal obstruction operation,and in the observation group,15 cases were treated with small intestine arrangement.The clinical efficacy,various surgical procedures,postoperative recovery indexes,and incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100%,and there was no significant difference compared with that in the control group(P>0.05).The operation time,disappearance time of abdominal distension,recovery time of gastrointestinal function and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group,the differentces were statisfatically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differentce was statisfatically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraintestinal placement has significant clinical significance in the treatment of extensive adhesion intestinal obstruction,which can effectively relieve the symptoms of intestinal obstruction,accelerate the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
