小六合针法结合百会穴压灸治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床效果

Clinical effect of xiaoliuhe acupuncture combined with baihui acupoint pressure moxibustion on insomnia patients with heart-spleen deficiency

目的探讨小六合针法结合百会穴压灸治疗心脾两虚型失眠患者的临床效果。方法选取2017年6月~2018年11月我院收治的60例心脾两虚型失眠患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(30例)与治疗组(30例)。对照组开展常规西医治疗,治疗组开展小六合针法结合百会穴压灸治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果、睡眠质量及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分各项指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组未发生不良反应,对照组有1例发生头晕、乏力不良反应,停药后缓解。结论小六合针法结合百会穴压灸治疗心脾两虚型失眠的疗效显著,能够改善患者的睡眠质量,无毒副作用,操作简单,疗效可靠,临床推广适用性大,值得借鉴。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of xiaoliuhe acupuncture combined with baihui acupoint pressure moxibustion on insomnia patients with heart-spleen deficiency.Methods A total of 60 cases of insomnia with deficiency of heart and spleen admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to November 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the treatment group(30 cases).The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with xiaoliuhe acupuncture combined with baihui acupoint pressure moxibustion.The clinical treatment effect,quality of sleep and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and there were statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the treatment group,and 1 patient in the control group developed dizziness and fatigue,and relieved after stopping the drug.Conclusion Xiaoliuhe acupuncture combined with baihui acupoint pressure moxibustion for the treatment of insomnia with heart-spleen deficiency has significant curative effect,can improve the sleep quality of patients,and no side effects,simple operation,reliable curative effect,wide applicability and worthy of reference.
