莲必治注射液致急性肾损害3例病例报道

A case report about 3 cases of acute kidney damage caused by Lianbizhi Injection

本文报道了我院收治的3例肺部感染使用莲必治注射液出现肾损害的病例,排除患者在应用莲必治注射液治疗前肾病史后,对其导致肾损害的原因进行了分析。在治疗中,针对3例患者肾损害的程度不同,医师立即停用莲必治注射液,对症支持治疗后,肾功能恢复正常。在临床应用莲必治注射液时,应该严格掌握适应证,辨证施治,仔细询问过敏史;医师在用药期间应注意监测肾功能等相关指标,若发现肾损害,应立即停用药物,及时采取治疗措施。

This paper reports 3 cases of renal damage caused by Lianbizhi Injection in our hospital.Excluding the renal disease before the treatment with Lianbizhi Injection,the causes of renal injury were analyzed.During the treatment,the doctor stopped using Lianbizhi Injection immediately according the degree of kidney damage of 3 patients,and the kidney function returned to normal after the treatment.In the clinical application of Lianbizhi Injection,the indications should be grasped strictly,and the patients should be treated according to syndrome differentiation,and the allergy history should be asked carefully.And doctors should pay attention to monitor the kidney function and other related indexes during the medication.If renal function damage is found during medication,and stopping the medication immediately when the kidney damage happened and take measures in time.
