人性化护理联合健康教育在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果

Clinical value of humanized nursing combined with health education applied in caesarean section maternal nursing

目的探讨人性化护理联合健康教育在剖宫产产妇中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月~2018年1月在我院进行剖宫产的70例产妇作为研究对象,采取单双数分组方式将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各35例。对照组实施常规护理措施,观察组给予人性化护理联合健康教育措施;比较两组护理前后汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、产后抑郁量表(EPDS)评分及护理后新生儿照顾能力、角色转换情况。结果两组护理前HAMD与EPDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组护理后HAMD与EPDS评分低于本组护理前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组新生儿照顾能力与角色转换能力评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理联合健康教育用于剖宫产产妇护理中能显著改善产妇心理状态、提高产妇新生儿照顾能力及角色转换能力,因此该方法有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanized nursing combined with health education in cesarean section.Methods Seventy parturients who went to our hospital for cesarean section from September 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the object of this study,and were divided into control group and observation group by single and double-digit grouping method,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures,and the observation group was given humanized nursing combined with health education measures.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),score of postpartum depression scale(EPDS),and neonatal care ability and role change after nursing between two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in HAMD and EPDS score between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).The scores of HAMD and EPDS in the observation group after nursing were lower than those in this group before nursing and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of care ability and role transformation ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing combined with health education in the nursing of cesarean section women can significantly improve the psychological state of the parturients,improve the care ability of the corners of the parturients and neonates and the ability to change roles,so this method has good clinical application value.
