针对性口腔护理在改善气管插管机械通气患者口腔卫生中的应用效果

Application effect of targeted oral care in improving oral hygiene of patients undergoing mechanical ventilation through endotracheal intubation

目的探讨针对性口腔护理在改善气管插管机械通气患者口腔卫生中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1~12月我院收治的68例气管插管机械通气患者,按照护理方案不同分为观察组和对照组,每组各34例。对照组接受常规口腔护理,观察组接受针对性口腔护理,比较两组不同插管时间干预前后口腔菌落计数、机械通气总时间、ICU住院时间及相关并发症发生情况。结果观察组不同插管时间干预后菌落计数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组机械通气总时间及ICU住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组黏膜充血、口臭及呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性口腔护理能有效改善气管插管机械通气患者口腔卫生情况,缩短康复时间,降低相关并发症风险,值得临床推荐。

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted oral care in improving oral hygiene of patients undergoing mechanical ventilation through endotracheal intubation.Methods A total of 68 patients with mechanical ventilation through tracheal intubation admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled in this study.According to the different nursing schemes,they were divided into observation group(34 cases)and control group(34 cases).The control group was received routine oral nursing,while the observation group was received targeted oral nursing.Oral colony count,total mechanical ventilation time and ICU hospitalization and related complications were compared between the two groups before and after different intubation time intervention.Results The colony counts of patients in observation group were lower than those in the control group after different intubation time intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total time of mechanical ventilation and ICU hospitalization in observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of mucosal congestion,halitosis and ventilator-associated pneumonia in observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted oral nursing can effectively improve the oral hygiene of patients with mechanical ventilation through endotracheal intubation,shorten the rehabilitation time and reduce the risk of related complications,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
