摘要 针对ER70S-G焊丝钢生产过程中,由于钢中钛含量高,易与氧、氮反应生成高熔点的Ti2O3和TiN等夹杂物,进而影响生产运行,导致产品质量不稳定的情况,实施了一系列优化措施。通过控制钢中氮含量在0.006%以下,优化精炼渣系,控制精炼渣中(CaO)/(Al2O3)=1.6~1.8,(SiO2)<10%,(FeO)<0.04%,钢水用铝深脱氧至0.0006%以下等措施,保证了生产顺行,ER70S-G化学成分和产品质量稳定。 During the production process of ER70S-G welding wire steel,the titanium content is high in the content and it is easy to react with oxygen and nitrogen to form inclusions such as Ti2O3 and TiN with high melting point,which will affect the production and operation and result in unstable product quality.In view of this situation,a series of optimization measures are implemented.By measures of controlling the nitrogen content below 0.006%,optimizing the refining slag system,controlling the(CaO)/(Al2O3)=1.6~1.8,(SiO2)<10%,(FeO)<0.04%,deep deoxidation of molten steel with aluminum to below 0.0006%,etc.,the production is smooth and the chemical composition and product quality of ER70S-G are stable.
