摘要
介绍了新标GB/T 1499.2-2018热轧带肋钢筋发布以后,采用微合金化技术合理设计成分,并结合转炉炼钢和优化轧后穿水冷却工艺,研制符合新标要求的HRB400Ⅲ级螺纹钢的过程。研制结果表明:提高硅和锰的含量,配合少量或者不加钒,同时提高返红温度,优化成本10%的情况下,生产的热轧带肋钢筋满足新标对组织和性能的要求。
After the issuance of the new standard GB/T 1499.2-2018 hot rolled ribbed steel bars,the process of developing HRB400 grade III deformed steel bars that meet the requirements of the new standard is introduced,which adopts the microalloying technology to reasonably design the composition,combines the converter steelmaking and optimizes the water cooling process after rolling.The results show that the hot rolled ribbed steel bar can meet the requirements of the new standard for structure and properties when the content of silicon and manganese is increased with little vanadium or no vanadium,the red returning temperature is increased and the cost is optimized by 10%.
