摘要
针对汽车板冲压开裂问题,对用户投诉的冲压开裂质量问题进行了分类归纳,得到冲压开裂与材料性能参数的对应规律;同时结合用户实际冲压加工生产过程,总结出不同加工方式对汽车板冲压性能的要求。并以典型汽车板牌号HC340/590DP为例,构建了深冲(拉延)性能优化模型,提出了量化指标并进行了CAE模拟及冲压验证,最终优化了产品冲压性能,解决了开裂难题。
In view of the cracking of automobile plate stamping,the quality problems of stamping cracking complained by users are classified and summarized,and the corresponding laws between the cracking and material performance parameters is obtained.Combined with the actual stamping production process of users,the requirements of different processing methods for the stamping performance of automobile plate are summarized.Taking HC340/590DP as example,a deep drawing(drawing)performance optimization model is built,and the quantitative index is put forward.CAE simulation and stamping verification are carried out to optimize the stamping performance and solve the cracking problem.
