职业技能大赛与高职教育培育“工匠精神”的关联耦合研究

高技能人才质量是我国产业转型升级的重要保障.“工匠精神”作为高职教育的文化精髓,需要高职院校将培养学生的专业技能与培育“工匠精神”的职业素养结合起来,也是高职院校教育教学改革的大方向.通过以职业技能大赛为载体,改革人才培养方案,培育和弘扬“工匠精神”,是高职教育提高技能型人才培养质量的有效途径.

The quality of high-skilled personnel is an important guarantee for China’s industrial transformation and upgrading.As the cultural essence of higher vocational education,"artisan spirit" needs high vocational colleges to combine the professional skills of students and the professional quality of cultivating "artisan spirit".It is also the general direction of education reform in higher vocational colleges.It is an effective way to improve the quality of skilled talents in higher vocational education by using the vocational skills competition as a carrier to reform the talent training program and cultivate and promote the "artisan spirit".
