摘要
干冰清洗又称冷喷洗,使用压缩空气把干冰喷射到被清洗物件表层,利用干冰颗粒对表面实施撞击,造成污垢快速冷凝,污垢从物件表层剥离后,伴随气体的流动被吹除,能够实现良好的清洁效果.通过研究干冰清洗原理,试验论证干冰除污对发动机主体金属材料(钛合金、不锈钢)表面的影响,并对比干冰清洗试验数据,分析干冰清洗技术在军用航空发动机表层上的应用.
Dry ice cleaning,also known as cold spray,refers to that,compressed air is used to spray dry ice onto the surface of the object to be cleaned,then dry ice particles to impact the surface,resulting in rapid condensation of dirt,and after being removed from the surface of the object,the dirt is blown away with the flow of gas,so as to achieve a good cleaning effect.This paper mainly studies the application of dry ice cleaning technology in aero engine surface cleaning by studying the dry ice cleaning principle and related cleaning test data.
