摘要
食物作为人类生存的物质基础,在与人类的历史相处中不断变化着与之社会语境相匹配的时间节奏.传统社会,人与食物的关系受自然时间影响较深,这意味着两者的时间关系趋于简单,食物在人类的社会活动中具有规律性地运动.现代社会,工业化和信息化打破了人与食物的自然时间节奏.现代科技和城市的发展,在解决大量人口饮食问题的同时也将人与食物的关系推向了全球化的时间节奏.人与食物的时间关系趋于复杂,食物在人类的社会活动中呈现多元化的形态.
As the material basis of human existence,food constantly changes the time rhythm that matches the social context in the history of human beings.In traditional society,the relationship between people and food is deeply affected by natural time,which means that the time relationship between the two tends to be simple,and food moves regularly in human social activities.In modern society,industrialization and informationization break the natural time rhythm of people and food.The development of modern science and technology and the city,while solving a large number of people’s dietary problems,also promotes the relationship between people and food to the time rhythm of globalization.As a result,the temporal relationship between people and food tends to be complex,and food presents a diverse form in human social activities.
