河南省休闲农业产业集群竞争力评价及驱动力分析

ANALYSIS ON THE ENVIRONMENT AND DRIVING FORCES OF THE COMPETITIVENESS OF LEISURE AGRICULTURE INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS IN HENAN PROVINCE

[目的]弥补竞争力与驱动力同时对某一区域休闲农业产业集群的研究不足,以期为休闲农业产业集群的可持续发展提供理论参考。[方法]分别构建河南省休闲农业产业集群竞争力评价指标体系与驱动力评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)计算各指标的重要值,据此权衡河南省休闲农业产业集群竞争力及驱动因素。[结果]竞争力分析表明:经营管理水平>产业规模>可持续性>农业旅游资源,是构成河南省休闲农业产业集群竞争力的主体因素;驱动力分析表明:居民旅游需求>经济利益>社会经济发展水平>农户土地流转,是构成河南省休闲农业产业集群驱动力的主要因素。[结论]虽然河南省休闲农业产业集群的基础条件较好,但集群竞争优势不明显,潜力空间巨大;河南省休闲农业产业集群发展内部驱动力高于外部驱动力,但旅游需求、社会经济水平等外部因素仍然影响巨大。

This research aims to make up for the lack of research on the leisure agricultural industry cluster in a certain region at the same time of competitiveness and driving force,so as to provide theoretical reference for the sustainable development of the leisure agricultural industry cluster.The competitiveness evaluation index system and driving force evaluation index system of Henan leisure agricultural industry cluster were constructed,and the important values of each index were calculated by analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Based on this,the competitiveness and driving factors of Henan leisure agricultural industry cluster were weighed.The analysis of competitiveness showed that the main factors that constituted the competitiveness of Henan′s leisure agricultural industry cluster:management level>industrial scale>sustainability>agricultural tourism resources.The driving force analysis showed that the main driving force of Henan′s leisure agricultural industry cluster was residents tourism demand>economic interests>social and economic development level>farmers′land transfer.Although the basic conditions of the leisure agricultural industry cluster in Henan province are good,the competitive advantage of the cluster is not obvious and the potential space is huge.The internal driving force of the development of the leisure agricultural industry cluster in Henan province is higher than the external driving force,but the external factors such as tourism demand,social and economic level still have a great impact.
