摘要 介绍了齿轮传动系统的振动理论及行星齿轮的振动信号模型,对变位直齿齿轮进行动力学运动仿真分析,仿真结果显示其故障为局部折齿故障,与故障前后两齿轮间传递扭矩、加速度的时域特征以及快速傅里叶变化图谱获得的折齿故障特征进行对比,验证了仿真方法的有效性。 The vibration theory of the gear transmission system and the vibration signal model of the planetary gear are introduced.The dynamic motion simulation analysis of the spur gear is carried out.The simulation results show that the fault is a local folding tooth fault and the torque and acceleration are transmitted between the two gears before and after the fault.The time domain characteristics and the characteristics of the fracture fault obtained in the fast Fourier transform atlas are compared to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
