摘要
转套式配流系统的凸轮槽型线与入口压力对系统的空化特性影响较大。基于线性、反正弦、正切和样条4种不同凸轮槽型线研究了入口压力对空化特性的影响,建立了系统空化流体力学模型。通过仿真可知,4种型线对应的最大气体体积分数均随入口压力增大单调递减,线性型线下降最为明显;空化占比随入口压力增大而降低,同一入口压力条件下线性型线对应空化占比最小;随着入口压力增大,容积效率单调递增,线性型线稳步提高,其余3种型线开始增大较快,入口压力较高时平缓上升。总体看来增大4种凸轮槽型线入口压力均可显著降低空化程度。
Cam groove profile and inlet pressure of rotating-sleeve distributing-flow system have a great influence on cavitation.It establishes the cavitation hydrodynamic model and analyzes the influence on cavitation of inlet pressure based on line profile,arcsine profile,tangent profile and spline profile of cam groove.The simulation shows that the maximum gas volume fraction of four types profile are all decreasing monotonously with the increase of inlet pressure,and the decrease of line profile is the most obvious.Proportions of cavitation are also decreasing with the increase of inlet pressure,and the line profile is the smallest under the same inlet pressure.Volumetric efficiency is all increasing monotonously with the increase of inlet pressure.The line profile increases steadily and the other three profiles increase rapidly in the beginning while gently at higher inlet pressure.The degree of cavitation can be significantly reduced by increasing inlet pressure of four different cam groove profiles in general.
