摘要
为降低重型牵引车燃油消耗量,提升整车经济性,构建了重型牵引车的传动系统模型,对重型牵引车整车的动力性与经济性进行分析。采用遗传算法、联合优化与仿真对动力与动力系统匹配进行改进,并通过实车实验证明重型牵引车实车与实验各指标相差均在5%以内。实验表明模拟计算结果准确、可靠,可以在很大程度上减少前期研发所需要的时间与经济成本,为开发、设计新车型提供理论指导与经验借鉴。
It builds the transmission system model of heavy-duty tractor,analyses the whole performance of heavy-duty tractor from the two indexes of power performance and economic performance,demonstrates the improvement of matching between power and power system through genetic algorithm,joint optimization and simulation.The result shows that the difference between the actual and experimental indexes of heavy-duty tractor is less than 5%.This can save a lot of time and cost in the early stage of designing new models,so as to provide theoretical guidance and experience for the development and design of new models.
