摘要 目的:分析多蕊商陆挥发油的化学成分,为其进一步研究提供实验依据。方法:采用溶剂回流法提取多蕊商陆中的挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱技术测定分析。结果:通过计算机检索,鉴定了其中的28个化合物,占挥发油总量的95.97%。其中4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮(16.78%)、棕榈酸(16.59%)、亚麻油酸(10.38%)、乙酸正二十八烷醇酯(10.28%)、硬脂酸(8.21%)、反油酸(8.19%)、柠檬酸三乙酯(7.17%)、1-萘氨基苯(5.03%)等化合物含量较高。结论:多蕊商陆挥发油由多种化合物组成,其中以脂肪酸、酯、酮、醇、芳香烃类为主。 Objective To analyze the chemical constituents of essential oil from Phytolacca polyandra.Methods The essential oil were extracted by solvent refluxing extraction and their chemical compositions were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Results 28 constituents were identifie, total of which occupied 95.97 % of the essential oil. The major constituents were 4-Hydroxy-4-methyl-2-pentanon(16.78%), palmitic acid(16.59%), linolic acid(10.38%), n-Octacosanol acetate(10.28%), stearic acid(8.21%), elaidinic acid(8.19%), triethyl citrate(7.17%), n-Phenyl-1-naphthylamine(5.03%).Conclusion Phytolacca polyandra contains a variety of compounds mainly with fatty acids, esters, ketones, alcohols and aromatic hydrocarbons.
