摘要
目的:研究十二时辰软膏剂的最佳制备方法,确定最佳基质处方、成型工艺条件。方法:以高温试验、低温试验、离心实验和外观性状为评价标准,比较不同基质的软膏剂处方的稳定性,选出最佳基质处方进行单因素考察,在此基础上采用Box-Behnken设计,选出最佳软膏基质配比;以药物与基质的不同比例制备药膏,确定十二时辰软膏剂的最佳含药量,并观察软膏剂的外观性状。结果:最佳基质配方为以聚山梨酯为乳化剂的O/W型基质,最佳基质的配比为单硬脂酸甘油酯:吐温-80:白凡士林(0.8∶4∶3)。最佳载药量为20%。结论:探讨了十二时辰软膏剂的初步成型工艺,为增加治疗糖尿病足的制剂品种提供了一定的研究基础。
Objective The best preparation method for the Clematis florida Thunb.var.Plena DE.Don ointment was studied to determine the optimal matrix formulation and molding process conditions. Methods In this experiment, high temperature test, low temperature test, centrifugation test and appearance traits were used as evaluation criteria to compare the stability of ointment formulations of different matrices, so as to select the best matrix prescription. A single factor study of the optimal matrix formulation, and based on this, using the Box-Behnken design, in order to select the best ointment matrix ratio;The ointment is prepared by mixing the drug with the matrix in different proportions, thereby determining the optimal drug content of the Clematis florida Thunb.var.Plena DE.Don ointment and observing the appearance of the ointment. Results The best matrix formulation is O/W matrix with polysorbate as emulsifier. The optimum ratio of the matrix is glyceryl monostearate: Tween-80: white petrolatum(0.8∶4∶3). The optimal drug loading is 20%.Conclusion This experiment determined the preliminary molding process of the Clematis florida Thunb.var.Plena DE.Don ointment and provided a certain research basis for increasing the preparation of the diabetic foot.
