摘要
不同炮制方法对黄芪的功效主治和药效成分(黄酮类、糖类、皂苷类、氨基酸)含量变化具有较大影响。本文通过查阅、整理、分析有关黄芪炮制方法及其药效物质转化规律的文献,探究了不同炮制方法对黄芪产品质量的影响和炮制前后化学成分的变化,归纳总结了黄芪常用的炮制方法及其对黄芪中有效成分的影响,旨在为黄芪的科学炮制研究提供参考。
Different processing methods have important influence on the efficacy of Astragalus membranaceus and the contents of active ingredients(flavonoids, sugars, saponins, amino acids). Through reviewing and analyzing the articles on the Astragalus processing methods and the transformation of pharmacodynamic substances, the effects of different processing methods on the quality of Astragalus membranaceus and the changes of chemical compositions before and after processing were investigated. The common processing methods of Astragalus membranaceus and its effect on the contents of active ingredients in Astragalus membranaceus were summarized, which was intended to provide a theoretical reference for the further research of Astragalus membranaceus processing method.
