基于CiteSpace对针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎文献的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis of Literature on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis Based on CiteSpace

目的:通过对近10年针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的文献进行可视化分析,梳理已有知识结构,总结该领域当前研究方向、研究热点及发展趋势。方法:检索Pubmed和中国知网(CNKI)中针灸治疗膝骨性关节炎的相关文献。应用CiteSpace软件对发文作者、机构和关键词进行共现、聚类和突现词分析,并绘制可视化图谱。结果:图谱中作者被纳入101位,其中具有较高中心性的作者有32位,发文量均≥5篇;图谱中纳入机构44家,具有高度中心性的有10家;共现频次≥20次的关键词有17个,所体现的研究热点主要集中在温针灸、电针、推拿、临床研究、临床疗效等范畴。研究趋势围绕机制研究、护理干预及新型综合疗法等。结论:通过CiteSpace的计量分析,可直观展现该领域的研究方向、热点和趋势,为今后的研究提供了更多参考。

Objective To analyze the researches of acupuncture and moxibustion for Knee Osteoarthritis in recent 10 years, collect the knowledge structure, summarize the research direction, hotspots and development trend of this field.Methods The relevant literature on acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis wad retrieved from Pubmed and CNKI. CiteSpace was used for the co-occurrence analysis of the author, the institution as well as the keywords. The relevant visual map was drawn. Results In the map, 101 authors were included and 32 authors of them had publish≥5 papers;There are 44 institutions in the map, and 10 are highly central;There are 17 keywords with a total frequency of ≥20 times. The research hotspots are mainly concentrated in the fields of warm acupuncture, electroacupuncture, massage, clinical research and clinical efficacy. Research trends revolve around mechanism research, nursing intervention and new comprehensive therapy.Conclusion Through the metrological analysis of CiteSpace, we can intuitively show the research direction, hotspots and trends in this field, and provide more references for future research.
