中西医结合治疗贝尔麻痹25例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 25 Cases of Bell’s Paralysis Treated by Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine

目的:观察常规中西医治疗基础上联合眼针及灸关元穴治疗贝尔麻痹的临床效果。方法:选取符合纳入标准的急性期气血亏虚型贝尔麻痹患者50例,随机分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组予以营养神经、理疗及体针,观察组在对照组基础上予眼针及灸关元穴。治疗前后患者均行House-Brackmann面神经功能分级系统进行疗效评价。结果:两种方案均能够改善贝尔麻痹患者症状,但观察组方案有效率、治愈率均优于对照组方案。结论:在常规中西医治疗基础上联合眼针、灸关元穴是治疗贝尔麻痹的一种有效方法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with eye acupuncture and moxibustion at Guanyuan point on treating Bell’s palsy.Methods 50 patients with Bell’s palsy who met the inclusion criteria in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given nutritional nerve, physiotherapy and body acupuncture, while the observation group was given eye acupuncture and moxibustion at Guanyuan acupoint on the basis of the control group. All patients were evaluated by House-Brackmann facial nerve functional grading system before and after treatment.Results Both of the two schemes can improve the symptoms of Bell’s palsy patients, but the effective rate and cure rate of the observation group are better than those of the control group. Conclusion Combination of eye acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of conventional Chinese and Western medicine is an effective method for treating Bell’s palsy.
