新能源发电发展的影响因素分析及前景展望 被引量:65

摘要 近年来,随着环境问题日益突出,绿色发展理念深入人心,大力发展风电、光伏等新能源已成为社会普遍共识。围绕新能源科学发展主题,根据新能源发展实际,从发电成本、电力系统安全稳定、电价机制、电力市场、生态环境、消费理念等方面研究分析了影响我国新能源大规模开发利用的主要因素;在此基础上,结合我国能源战略、政策机制、科技发展等,分析了我国新能源的发展前景,并提出了我国新能源科学发展模式;并总结归纳了当前我国新能源科学发展尚需解决的问题,提出了相关的措施建议。 In recent years,environmental problems are becoming more and more important,and then green development has become a public topic,reaching a consensus on developing renewable energy such as wind power and solar power.Focusing on the scientific development of the renewable energy,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting the large-scale development and utilization of the renewable energy in China from the aspects of power generation cost,power system security and stability,electricity price mechanism,electricity market,ecological environment and consumption concept.On this basis,combined with energy strategy,policy mechanism,and technological development,the paper analyzes the development prospects of the renewable energy in China,proposes its scientific development model,points out the urgent problems to solve in the scientific development of the renewable energy in China at present,and puts forward relative measures and suggestions.
