他克莫司软膏联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗局限性慢性湿疹的临床研究

Clinical Study of Tacrolimus Ointment Combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfonate Cream in the Treatment of Localized Chronic Eczema

目的:探讨他克莫司软膏联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗局限性慢性湿疹的临床效果。方法:将2016年5月-2018年4月于笔者所在医院确诊为局限性慢性湿疹的86例患者纳入研究,并采用随机数字表法分成两组,各43例,对照组单纯给予他克莫司软膏治疗,观察组在他克莫司软膏治疗的基础上给予多磺酸粘多糖乳膏,观察比较两组治疗前后的白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-4、干扰素(IFN)-γ细胞因子变化水平,以及两组的治疗效果、复发率。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的IL-2、IFN-γ水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后的IL-4水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:他克莫司软膏联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗局限性慢性湿疹效果显著,可降低复发率,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tacrolimus Ointment combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfonate Cream in the treatment of localized chronic eczema.Method:A total of 86 patients with localized chronic eczema diagnosed in our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 were enrolled in the study and divided into two groups by random number table,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tacrolimus Ointment alone,while the observation group was treated with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfonate Cream on the basis of Tacrolimus Ointment.The levels of IL-2,IL-4 and IFN-γbefore and after treatment were observed and compared,and the therapeutic effect and recurrence rate of the two groups were also observed and compared.Result:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-2 and IFN-γin the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);the levels of IL-4 in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tacrolimus Ointment combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfonate Cream is effective in the treatment of localized chronic eczema,which can reduce the recurrence rate and is worthy of clinical promotion.
