前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗经尿道前列腺切除术后前列腺炎

Qianlie Shutong Capsule Combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsule in the Treatment of Prostatitis after Transurethral Prostatectomy

目的:研究在经尿道前列腺切除术后前列腺炎治疗中应用前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊的治疗效果。方法:选取2013年1月-2019年3月在笔者所在医院接受经尿道前列腺切除术后并发前列腺炎的70例患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组给予盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊单药治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上给予前列舒通胶囊联合治疗,比较两组患者临床效果。结果:治疗前两组症状积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组症状积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组各炎性因子水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组各炎性因子水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率高于对照组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在经尿道前列腺切除术后前列腺炎治疗中应用前列舒通胶囊联合盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊治疗的效果显著,可更好地改善患者临床症状,改善炎性因子水平,且不会增加不良反应的发生,具有较高临床应用价值。

Objective:To study the effect of Qianlie Shutong Capsule combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsule in the treatment of prostatitis after transurethral prostatectomy.Method:Seventy patients with prostatitis after transurethral prostatectomy in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsule,while the observation group was treated with Qianlie Shutong Capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference between the groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of prostatitis after transurethral prostatectomy,Qianlie Shutong Capsule combined with Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsule has a significant effect,which can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and improve the level of inflammatory factors,and do not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.Therefore,it is of high clinical application value.
