理气散瘀方治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对激素水平的影响

Effect of Liqi Sanyu Prescription on Uterine Fibroids and Its Effect on Hormone Level

目的:探析理气散瘀方治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对激素水平的影响。方法:取2017年4月-2019年1月笔者所在医院接收的子宫肌瘤102例患者为研究对象,根据随机数字列表法分组。对比组应用米非司酮治疗,在对比组的基础上,研究组加用理气散瘀方治疗。观察两组的治疗效果、激素水平情况。结果:对比组治疗有效率为80.39%,明显低于研究组的94.12%;研究组治疗后激素水平情况明显低于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对子宫肌瘤患者,在米非司酮的基础上加用理气散瘀方进行治疗,能取得较好临床疗效果,使患者雌二醇与孕酮浓度下降,促进机体恢复正常。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Liqi Sanyu Prescription on uterine fibroids and its effect on hormone levels.Method:A total of 102 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to January 2019 were selected as research objects and divided into groups according to the random number.Mifepristone was used to treat the patients in the control group,and Liqi Sanyu Prescription was added to treat the patients in the study group on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and hormone levels of the two drugs were observed.Result:The effective rate of the control group was 80.39%,which was significantly lower than 94.12%of the study group.After treatment,the hormone level of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of Mifepristone,the patients with hysteromyoma were treated with Liqi Sanyu Prescription,which can achieve better clinical effect,reduce the concentration of estradiol and progesterone,and promote the recovery of the body to normal.
