集束化护理干预方案对心脏重症监护室患者谵妄的影响

Effect of Cluster Nursing Intervention on Delirium of Patients in Cardiac Care Unit

目的:探讨在心脏重症监护室(CCU)实施集束化护理干预方案对患者谵妄的影响。方法:选取2016年7月-2017年6月笔者所在医院CCU收治的453例患者为研究对象。将2016年7-12月收治的220例患者设为对照组,将2017年1-6月收治的233例患者设为干预组。对照组进行常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上实施集束化护理干预方案。比较两组谵妄发生率及CCU平均住院时间。结果:干预组谵妄发生率为2.7%,明显低于对照组的6.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组CCU平均住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理干预方案可有效降低CCU患者谵妄发生率,缩短CCU平均住院时间。

Objective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention on delirium of patients in cardiac care unit(CCU).Method:A total of 453 patients admitted in CCU in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects.A total of 220 patients admitted from July to December 2016 were set as the control group,and 233 patients admitted from January to June 2017 were set as the intervention group.The control group received routine nursing,and the intervention group implemented a cluster nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The incidence of delirium and the average length of stay in CCU were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of delirium in the intervention group was 2.7%,which was significantly lower than 6.8%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average length of stay of CCU in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of delirium in CCU patients and shorten the average length of stay in CCU.
