摘要
目的:探讨根管显微镜技术联合超声技术对牙髓病患者的治疗效果。方法:选取102例2017年2月-2019年4月在笔者所在医院治疗的牙髓病患者,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各51例,对照组患者给予常规根管治疗,观察组患者给予根管显微镜技术联合超声技术治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、咀嚼功能、语言功能的改善情况及术后并发症的发生率。结果:观察组临床治疗有效率(94.12%)优于对照组(78.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在咀嚼功能、语言功能方面,两组治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组均有明显改善,但是观察组改善的幅度大于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率(5.88%)低于对照组(21.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上治疗牙髓病患者时,采用根管显微镜技术联合超声技术治疗,能够有效改善患者的咀嚼功能、语言功能,治疗效果显著,所引发的疼痛并发症较少,有较高的推广价值。
Objective:To investigate the effect of root canal microscopy combined with ultrasound in the treatment of pulposis.Method:A total of 102 patients with pulposis treated in our hospital from February 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,51 cases in each group.The control group received multiple root canal therapy,while the observation group received root canal microscopy combined with ultrasound treatment.The clinical treatment Effect,masticatory function,improvement of language function and incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(94.12%)was better than that in the control group(78.43%),with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the masticatory function and language function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,both groups improved significantly,but the improvement in the observation group were greater than those in the control group.There were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(5.88%)was lower than that in the control group(21.57%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Root canal microscopy combined with ultrasound can effectively improve the masticatory and linguistic functions of patients with pulposis.The therapeutic effect is remarkable,and the complications caused by it are less,so it has a high popularization value.
