综合干预措施对ICU患者呼吸道多重耐药菌感染/定植的防控效果分析

Analysis on Prevention and Control Effect of Comprehensive Intervention Measures on Respiratory Tract Multiple Drug-resistant Bacteria Infection

目的:研究综合干预对ICU患者呼吸道多重耐药菌感染/定植的防控效果。方法:将2018年1-12月笔者所在医院收治的ICU患者82例作为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序将其分为两组,每组41例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组采取综合干预。比较两组呼吸道多重耐药菌感染/定植发生率、并发症发生情况、APACHE-Ⅱ评分、住院时间。结果:观察组呼吸道多重耐药菌感染/定植发生率、并发症发生率及APACHE-Ⅱ评分均低于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意(P<0.05)。结论:综合干预应用在ICU患者中可对呼吸道多重耐药菌感染/定植起到积极的预防作用,可减少并发症的发生,促进患者早日康复。

Objective:To study the prevention and control effect of comprehensive intervention on respiratory tract multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection/colonization in ICU patients.Method:A total of 82 ICU patients admitted in our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups according to the sequence of admission,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive intervention.The respiratory tract multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection/colonization rate,incidence of complications,APACHE-Ⅱscore,and length of hospital stay of the two groups were compared.Result:The respiratory tract multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection/colonization rate,incidence of complications and APACHE-Ⅱscore were lower than the control group,length of hospital stay was shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive intervention in ICU patients can play an active role in prevention of respiratory tract multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection/colonization,reduce the occurrence of complications,and promote the patients to recover soon.
