摘要
树突状细胞(DC)是目前发现的最强的专职抗原提呈细胞(APC),其最大的特点是能刺激初始T细胞活化和增殖,并能分泌如IL-12、INF-γ等细胞因子发挥免疫调节作用,参与机体对肿瘤的免疫效应。细胞因子激活的杀伤细胞(CIK)是在体外经多种细胞因子诱导刺激形成的异质细胞群,兼具T细胞特异性的强大抗肿瘤活性与非MHC限制性的广谱杀伤肿瘤作用。经树突状细胞诱导的细胞因子激活的杀伤细胞(DC-CIK)比单纯的CIK有着更高的抗肿瘤活性。DC-CIK的生物免疫治疗为非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)治疗提供又一有力手段,本文就DC-CIK的生物学作用及在NSCLC治疗中的应用做一综述。
Dendritic cells(DC)is the strongest professional antigen presenting cell(APC)found at present.It’s most prominent feature is that it can stimulate the activation and proliferation of initial T cells,and can secret cytokines such as IL-12,INF-γ to play an immune regulatory role and participate in the immune effect of the body on tumors.Cytokine induced killer cells(CIK)are heterogeneous cell populations induced and stimulated by a variety of cytokines in vitro,with strong anti tumor activity of T cell specificity and broad spectrum anti tumor effect not restricted by MHC.The DC-CIK have higher antitumor activity than CIK alone.The biological immunotherapy of DC-CIK provides another powerful means for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).This article reviews the biological function of DC-CIK and its application in NSCLC treatment.
