CXCL10、CXCL16在非节段型白癜风患者外周血的表达及临床意义 被引量:1

Expression and Clinical Significance of CXCL10 and CXCL16 in Peripheral Blood of Patients with Non-segmental Vitiligo

摘要 目的检测非节段型白癜风患者外周血CXCL10和CXCL16的表达及其与VIDA积分的关系,并探索CXCL10、CXCL16与非节段型白癜风的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测健康对照组、白癜风组外周血清CXCL10、CXCLl6含量,同时记录白癜风组每位患者的VIDA积分。结果非节段型白癜风患者外周血CXCL10、CXCL16含量较对照组明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CXCL10与非节段型白癜风患者VIDA积分成正相关(P<0.05),CXCL16与非节段型白癜风患者VIDA积分成正相关(P<0.05)。结论CXCL10、CXCL16可能可以作为监测非节段型白癜风病情活动的指标,有可能作为未来治疗非节段型白癜风的靶点。 Objective To detect the expression of CXCL10 and CXCL16 in peripheral blood of patients with non-segmental vitiligo and their relationship with VIDA scores,to explore the relationship between CXCL10 and CXCL16 and non-segmental vitiligo.Methods The contents of CXCL10 and CXCLl6 in peripheral blood of healthy control group and vitiligo group were detected by ELISA,VIDA scores of each patient in the vitiligo group were also recorded.Results The levels of CXCL10 and CXCL16 in peripheral blood of patients with non-segmental vitiligo were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),CXCL10 was positively correlated with VIDA scores in patients with non-segmental vitiligo(P<0.05),CXCL16 was positively correlated with VIDA scores in patients with non-segmental vitiligo(P<0.05).Conclusion CXCL10 and CXCL16 may be used as indicators to monitor the activity of non-segonal vitiligo,it may be a potential target for the treatment of non-segmental vitiligo in the future.
