气象海洋环境对装备效能影响定量评估研究

摘要 气象海洋环境对各类装备影响显著,全面、系统、定量评估其影响效应,对于提高装备适应能力,有效开展保障工作和辅助决策具有重要意义。本文针对气象海洋环境要素众多、动态变化、影响机理复杂等难题,对比分析了常用的装备效能定量评估手段,优选仿真模拟方法,利用气象海洋大数据,构建气象海洋环境典型和极端模型,进行气象海洋环境装备仿真模拟。最后,引入自然环境影响指数概念,对仿真模拟数据进行分析,定量评估环境影响效应和严重程度,从应用层面,为复杂、时变气象海洋环境装备效能评估和使用筹划提供了一种新手段。工程推广应用表明:该方法快捷高效、切实可行,应用前景广阔。 Meteorological and marine environment has a significant impact on all kinds of equipment.A comprehensive,sys-tematic and quantitative assessment of its impact is important for improving the adaptability of equipment,effectively carrying out support work and aiding decision-making.According to the characteristics of meteorological and marine env ironment,such as numerous elements,dynamic changing and complex influence mechanism,the commonly used equipment effectiveness evaluation methods are compared and analyzed and then the simulation methods are optimized to construct typical and extreme models of me-teorological and marine environment for equipment simulation based on meteorological and marine big data.Finally,the concept of natural environmental impact index is introduced to analyze the simulation results and assess the environmental impact and se-verity quantitatively.At the application level,this method provides a new means for the effectiveness evaluation and decision plan of equipment in natural environment.The engineering application shows that this method is efficient,practical and has broad ap-plication prospects.
