氯丙嗪、齐拉西酮、利培酮对血清垂体泌乳素的影响比较

The effect of Chlorpromazine,Ziprasidone and Risperidone on pituitary prolactin

目的探讨氯丙嗪、齐拉西酮、利培酮对精神分裂症患者血清垂体泌乳素水平的影响,为临床应用抗精神病药物提供一定的理论依据。方法随机抽取300例25~45岁男性精神分裂症患者,根据临床医生用药情况分为3组。连续治疗8周,采用自身对照的实验方法,对实验结果进行统计学分析。结果治疗第4周末和第8周末,氯丙嗪治疗组、利培酮治疗组与治疗前血清垂体泌乳素含量相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);齐拉西酮治疗组与治疗前血清垂体泌乳素含量相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);氯丙嗪治疗组、齐拉西酮治疗组和利培酮治疗组血清垂体泌乳素含量两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);连续治疗8周后各组的血清垂体泌乳素含量:利培酮治疗组>氯丙嗪治疗组>齐拉西酮治疗组。结论齐拉西酮对血清垂体泌乳素水平无明显影响;氯丙嗪、利培酮对血清垂体泌乳素水平均有明显影响,且在治疗第4周末和第8周末呈上升趋势,影响情况为:利培酮>氯丙嗪。

Objective to study the effect of Chlorpromazine,Ziprasidone and Risperidone on serum pituitary prolactin in patients with schizophrenia and provide some theoretical basis for clinical application of antipsychotics.Methods 300 cases of male schizophrenia aged 25-45 years were randomly selected and divided into 3 groups according to the clinical doctors′medication.Continuous treatment for 8 weeks,the use of its contrast experiment method,with the result of the experiment for statistical analysis.Results At the end of 4 weeks and 8 weeks,there was a significant difference between chlorpromazine treatment group,risperidone treatment group and pretreatment serum prolactin content(P<0.01).There was no significant difference compared with the serum prolactin content in the treatment group of ziprasidone(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in serum pituitary prolactin between chlorpromazine treatment group(P<0.01),ziprazone treatment group and risperidone treatment group.The serum pituitary prolactin content in each group after 8 weeks of continuous treatment:risperidone treatment group>Chlorpromazine treatment group>Ziprasidone treatment group.Conclusion Ziprasidone has no significant effect on serum pituitary prolactin level.Chlorpromazine and risperidone had significant effects on serum pituitary prolactin levels,and that the tendeey is on the rise at the end of 4 weeks and 8 weeks of the treatment.The effect was:risperidone>chlorpromazine.
