摘要
目的将天津市血液中心和县级血站制备的新鲜冰冻血浆质量进行比较与分析。方法随机抽取本血液中心和县级血站制备的200 mL新鲜冰冻血浆各48袋,按GB 18469-2012的要求分别检测其容量、血浆蛋白含量和Ⅷ因子含量,并进行统计学分析。结果该中心制备的新鲜冰冻血浆容量、血浆蛋白含量和Ⅷ因子含量分别为:(201.62±9.41)mL、(59.46±5.78)g/L、(0.92±0.21)IU/mL;县级血站制备的新鲜冰冻血浆容量、血浆蛋白含量和Ⅷ因子含量分别为:(207.90±15.35)mL、(60.03±4.78)g/L、(1.04±0.17)IU/mL,两单位制备的新鲜冰冻血浆容量和Ⅷ因子含量的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血浆蛋白的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论县级血站制备的新鲜冰冻血浆容量超出GB 18469-2012的标准容量范围,应改进制备方法,合理控制新鲜冰冻血浆容量。
Objective To compare and analyze the quality of the fresh frozen plasma prepared by tianjin blood center and basic-level blood station.Methods The 200 mL fresh frozen plasma prepared by Tianjin blood center and basic-level blood station were randomly collected,each group were 48 bags,were detected with the capacity,total protein content and FⅧcontent according to the GB18469-2012,and then the detected results were analyzed.Results The capacity,total protein content and FⅧcontent of the fresh frozen plasma prepared by Tianjin Blood Center is(201.62±9.41)mL,(59.46±5.78)g/L,(0.92±0.21)IU/mL;the capacity,total protein content and FⅧcontent of the fresh frozen plasma prepared by basic-level blood station is(207.90±15.35)mL,(60.03±4.78)g/L,(1.04±0.17)IU/mL,from the comparison of the capacity and FⅧcontent in each group,there was significant different(P<0.05),from the comparison of the total protein content,there was no significant different(P>0.05).Conclusion The capacity of the fresh frozen plasma prepared by basic-level blood station is beyond the standard capacity range in GB 18469-2012,the preparation method of the basic-level blood station should be improved and the capacity of the fresh frozen plasma should be controlled reasonably.
