某院2018年病原菌分布及耐药性分析

摘要 目的了解该院病原菌的分布及药敏情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法收集该院2018年5-10月期间临床各科住院或门诊患者送检的各种培养标本,对分离的病原菌使用全自动细菌分析仪进行鉴定,同时进行药敏实验。结果各种标本细菌培养病原菌以G^-菌为主,G^+菌次之;前7个菌属的菌种占病原菌总数的86.1%;位居前5位的G^-菌中对亚胺培南和美罗培南的灵敏度88.6%~100.0%,不动杆菌有较高耐药性,在30.0%左右。G^+菌对万古霉素和替考拉宁灵敏度为100.0%。结论加强严格控制使用亚胺培南、美罗培南、万古霉素和替考拉宁等药物使用,对临床用药有重要意义。 Objective To understand the distribution and drug sensitivity of pathogenic bacteria in the hospital,and to provide evidence for rational use of antibiotics in clinic.Methods All kinds of culture specimens were collected from inpatients and outpatients in our hospital from May to October 2018.The pathogenic bacteria were identified by automatic bacterial analyzer,and drug sensitivity test was carried out at the same time.Results G^-bacteria were the main pathogenic bacteria,followed by G^+bacteria.The first seven genera accounted for 86.1%of the total pathogenic bacteria.The sensitivity of the top five G^-bacteria to imipenem and meropenem was 88.6%-100%,and Acinetobacter had high resistance,about 30%.The sensitivity of G^+bacteria to vancomycin and teicoplanin was 100%.Conclusion The indications for the use of antibiotics should be strictly controlled and the antibiotics should be adjusted in time according to the results of drug sensitivity.The use of imipenem,meropenem,vancomycin and teicoplanin should be strictly controlled to prevent the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria.
