青少年拳击运动员与同龄青少年脑电图的对比研究

A Comparative Study of EEG between Juvenile Boxers and Juveniles of the Same Age

目的:对比青少年拳击运动员与同龄青少年脑电图特征。方法:选取2018年1月-2018年12月期间在我院门诊科及保健科行脑电图检查的青少年拳击运动员73例及同龄健康体检青少年64例作为研究对象,分别作为拳击运动员组(n=73)及同龄普通正常组(n=64),对比两组脑电图检查结果。结果:拳击运动员组脑电图α指数(枕区)范围<50%、51-69%运动员例数均显著少于同龄普通正常组,而70%以上运动员例数均显著多于同龄普通正常组,对比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。拳击运动员组及同龄普通正常组波率及波幅对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。本次研究结果表明,拳击运动员组中10例在HV试验后发生慢波,这提示此10例拳击运动员脑机能欠稳定。同龄普通正常组青少年在HV试验后无发生慢波,两组HV试验,对比具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:青少年拳击运动员脑电图检查结果在脑电图α指数(枕区)、HV试验等方面与同龄青少年具有明显差异,为评估拳击运动员身体机能状态及更好训练提供科学依据。

Objective:To compare the EEG characteristics of adolescent boxers and adolescents of the same age.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2018, 73 adolescent boxers and 64 adolescents of the same age who underwent electroencephalogram examination in our hospital’s outpatient department and health care department were selected as subjects of study. They were taken as boxers group(n=73) and normal group(n=64) respectively. The results of electroencephalogram examination were compared between the two groups.Results:In the boxer group, the EEG alpha index(pillow area) range <50%, 51-69% athletes were significantly less than the normal age group, and more than 70% of the athletes were significantly more than the normal age group. There was a significant difference(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the wave rate and amplitude between the boxer group and the normal normal group(P>0.05). The results of this study showed that 10 of the boxing athletes had slow waves after the HV test, suggesting that the brain function of the 10 boxers was unstable. There was no slow wave in the normal age group of the same age group after HV test. There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The results of EEG examination of juvenile boxers are obviously different from those of juveniles of the same age in EEG alpha index(occipital area) and HV test, which provides scientific basis for evaluating boxers’ physical function and better training.
