摘要
目的:采用比色法测定河南地区白花蛇舌草总蒽醌和总黄酮的含量.方法:以大黄素和槲皮素为对照品,分别以70%、80%、90%、100%乙醇提取白花蛇舌草药材,在441 nm波长下测定白花蛇舌草总蒽醌含量,在365 nm波长下测定总黄酮含量.结果:90%乙醇提取的白花蛇舌草总蒽醌和总黄酮含量均最高,总蒽醌含量为0.86 mg/g,总黄酮含量为1.19 mg/g.结论:以90%乙醇提取白花蛇舌草的总蒽醌和总黄酮效果最佳,为评价该地区人工栽培白花蛇舌草药材的内在质量提供科学依据.
Purpose:To assay the total anthraquinones and flavones contents of Hedyotis diffusa in Henan Province by way of colorimetric method.Method:Using emodin and quercetin as reference substances,ethanol at the concentration of 70%,80%and 100%was employed to extract the medicinal materials of Hedyotis diffusa respectively.The assay the total contents of anthraquinone was measured at the wave length of 441 nm and 365 nm respectively.Result:Both the total contents of anthraquinone and flavone extracted with 90%ethanol are the highest,with the total contents of anthraquinone 0.86 mg/g and flavone 1.19 mg/g.Conclusion:Anthraquinones and flavones of Hedyotis diffusa can be extracted with the highest efficiency by 90%ethanol.The results are useful to provide scientific support for evaluating the inherent quali ty of Hedyotis diffusa planted in Henan Province.
