农食产品质量安全是关系人类生命和健康的重大民生问题,农食产品信息追溯是保障农食产品质量安全的有效手段。本文从农食产品的特殊性出发,详述了农食产品追溯的特点,指出农食产品追溯过程中存在基础设施不足、体系建设不完善、监管不到位等问题,并针对存在的问题提出了农食产品追溯体系建设和管理的建议。

The quality and safety of agricultural products is a major livelihood issue connected with human health.Agricultural product information tracing is an effective means to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products.From the particularity of agricultural food products,the article detailed agricultural food products to trace the whole process.It is pointed out that there are some problems in the tracing process of agricultural and food products,such as inadequate infrastructure,imperfect system construction and inadequate supervision.Then it put out the next step system construction and management of the proposal.
