摘要
电容层析成像具有非侵入、抗干扰、安全性好等一系列优点。但以往ECT系统仅能获得流体二维成像图形,再通过二维截面累加形成三维图像,并不是实际意义上的三维图像。针对这个问题,从理论分析角度,运用数值分析与泛函建立三维ECT数学模型,利用MATLAB脚本程序对数学模型的结果进行计算,并与ANSYS仿真结果进行比对。实验结果证明三维ECT数学模型计算结果能够满足工程应用的要求。
Electrical capacitance tomography(ECT)has many advantages,such as non-invasion,anti-interference,and security.In the past,the ECT system can only obtain two-dimensional images of fluid,and the three-dimensional images formed by the accumulation of two-dimensional cross sections are not three-dimensional images in actual sense.To solve this problem,this paper from the view of theoretical analysis,used numerical analysis and functional to establish a 3D mathematical model of ECT.Meanwhile we utilized the MATLAB script to calculate the results of the mathematical model,and compared with the simulation results of ANSYS.The experimental results show that the 3D ECT model can meet the requirements of Engineering applications.
