Intelligent Travel for Railway Passengers Based on E-ticket

分析国内外交通行业尤其是民航电子客票的发展历程和趋势,结合我国铁路客票发展历程,阐述我国铁路电子客票的内涵,创新性地提出旅客行程服务记录(PSR)概念,设计了作为我国铁路客运提质计划重要组成部分的铁路电子客票技术方案,在此基础上开展铁路旅客智能出行服务场景的研究与设计,面向旅客出行全过程提供智能化服务,并对铁路电子客票和智能出行服务场景的应用情况进行分析,验证了技术方案的可行性与先进性。

In light of the development history of China’s passenger ticket,the paper innovatively proposes the concept of passenger itinerary service record(PSR)through analyzing the development history and tendency of traffic industry’s e-ticket at home and abroad,especially for civil aviation,and studying the connotation of China’s passenger ticket.The paper makes railway e-ticket technical proposal that serves as a significant part of China’s railway passenger transport service improvement plan,based on which it carries out the research and design of intelligent travel scenarios for railway passengers,providing intelligent services for the overall process of passengers’travel.Additionally,the paper also analyzes the application of railway e-ticket and intelligent travel service,and verifies the feasibility and advancement of the technical proposal.
