瑞士铁路调度指挥系统特点分析及对我国启示 被引量:7

摘要 高速铁路调度指挥系统是保障列车运行安全、保证运输服务质量、提高行车效率的核心。瑞士、日本、中国等铁路强国都在积极探索利用先进的数字化技术提升调度指挥系统的智能化水平。通过对瑞士联邦铁路公司和瑞士铁路调度指挥中心最新一代调度指挥系统的实地调研和考察,详细阐述瑞士铁路调度指挥系统的基本架构、组织形式及其自动化、智能化、数字化程度,分析其主要优点和未来发展方向,并结合国情提出我国高速铁路下一代智能调度指挥系统的发展建议。 High speed railway traffic control and command system is the core for ensuring the safety of train operation,the quality of transport service and the efficiency of train operation.Switzerland,Japan,China and other railway powers are actively exploring the use of advanced digital technology to improve the intelligent operation of the traffic control and command system.Based on the field investigation and survey of the latest generation traffic control and command system of SBB and the Swiss Railway Traffic Control And Command Center,this paper examines the basic structure,organization form,automation,intelligent operation and digitalization of the traffic control and command system of SBB,analyzes its main advantages and future development direction,and puts forward the suggestions for China’s next generation intelligent HSR traffic control system based on its national conditions.
