摘要
分析高铁智能安全保障技术需求,研究总体架构构建、关键技术预测等,在此基础上提出其技术发展路线。结合物联网新技术形成联网监控和信息综合应用全面感知系统,在防止自然灾害、周界侵限及线路周边环境影响等方面,建立完整的高铁外部环境智能安全监测技术体系;突破高铁自然灾害预警及报警信息的自动处置技术,提升高铁风、雨、雪等灾害报警的处置能力和智能化水平;利用高分辨遥感变化检测技术,周期性地监测高铁沿线周边环境安全状况;利用物联网新技术,形成联网监控及信息综合应用全面感知系统,通过多源信息输入,加强复合技防技术支持,构建人机智能交互,建立基于动车运行及基础设施和周边环境监测的“人防、物防、技防”全方位一体化高铁智能安全保障体系。
The paper puts forward the technical development route of intelligent security assurance technology for high speed railway(HSR)through analyzing its requirements and studying on overall architecture building and key technology prediction.Combined with the new technology of the Internet of Things(IoT),a comprehensive perception system for Internet monitoring and information integrated application is formed.In order to prevent possible natural disasters,ambient intrusion and environmental impact around the line,a complete external environment intelligent safety monitoring technology system for HSR is established.The automatic processing technology of HSR natural disaster warning and alarm information is broken through,and the handling capacity and intelligent level of wind,rain,snow and other disasters alarm for HSR are improved.The paper proposes to monitor the safety conditions of surrounding environment along the line in a periodic manner by virtue of high resolution remote sensing change detection technology and form a comprehensive perception system of network monitoring and information integrated application by virtue of IoT technology.The paper also puts forward to establish“manpower protection,material protection and technical protection”comprehensive integration of HSR intelligent security assurance system in line with EMU operation as well as the monitoring of infrastructure and surrounding environment.
