作为冷战期间美国太空领域最大的战略对手,俄罗斯开发了各种类型的新型太空对抗武器。其中反太空电子战能力成为太空资产所面临的最主要威胁。反太空电子战能力包含对全球导航卫星、通信卫星和合成孔径雷达进行干扰的软杀伤电子战能力,以及采用高能激光、高功率微波和高功率电磁脉冲等对卫星电子器件或星载传感器实施破坏的硬杀伤电子战能力两个领域。分类描述了俄罗斯在这两个领域的反太空电子战能力。
As the largest strategic opponent in the space field of United States of America during the Cold War,Russia developed various types of novel counterspace weapons.Among them,the counterspace electronic warfare capability is the main threat to space assets.The counterspace electronic warfare capability includes soft kill EW capability for jamming global navigation satellite systems(GNSS)signals,satellite communications,synthetic aperture radar(SAR)imaging,and hard kill EW capabilities such as high-energy laser,high-power microwave and high-power electromagnetic pulse for destroying satellite electronic equipment or onboard sensors.The paper describes Russia’s counterspace electronic warfare capability in these two areas.
