高职院校辅导员队伍专业化职业化发展的问题与策略研究

Research on Problems and Strategies of Specialized and Professional Development of Counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges

辅导员是高职院校教师队伍中的特殊组成部分,承担着不同于学科教师的教学任务和学生管理任务,面对日新月异的社会环境以及参差不齐的学生水准,高职院校辅导员的专业化、职业化发展势在必行。但是由于思想认识偏差、学校制度不健全和辅导员管理模式缺陷等因素的影响,很多高职院校辅导员队伍的专业化、职业化发展水平比较低,因此高职院校需要从学校制度建设、辅导员管理模式、辅导员教育培训等多个层面来强化辅导员的综合素养,进而促进我国高职院校教育质量的不断提升。

Counselors are a special part of the teaching staff of higher vocational colleges.They undertake teaching tasks and student management tasks that are different from those of subject teachers.Facing the ever-changing social environment and uneven student standards.The professionalization of counselors in higher vocational colleges is imperative.But due to the influence of ideological and cognitive bias,the imperfect school system and the defects of the counselor management mode,the professionalization and professional development level of many higher vocational college counselors is relatively low.Therefore,higher vocational colleges need to strengthen the comprehensive quality of counselors from the aspects of school system construction,counselor management mode,counselor education and training,etc.,and thus promote the continuous improvement of education quality in higher vocational colleges in China.
